What is FotoJournal?

Fotojournal is a blogging platform for professional photographers. It lets you start a blog, customize your design (without having to know HTML), upload and publish photos, and get comments. It also provides a growing social network that allows photographers to connect with others in their industry and showcase work to clients.

Where do I go for help?

Our support site is located at help.myfotojournal.com and includes tutorials on various subjects, including how to publish photos, adding a logo, and more.

How can I contact FotoJournal?

What currency do you bill in?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Can I change my plan?

You sure can, at absolutely any time. Even the wee hours of Christmas eve! FotoJournal is a month-to-month service, meaning you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at anytime without penalty.

What web browsers are supported?

We recommend a recent version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for managing your blog. Blog themes are tested in all modern browsers, ensuring a balance of rich features & compatibility.

Why isn’t FotoJournal free?

FotoJournal is a sustainable business. We fix bugs and listen to feedback. Charging for our product lets us make improvements, provide great support, and ensures the longevity of FotoJournal.

What credit cards do you accept?

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I host other software?

No. FotoJournal is a purpose-built blogging platform, so it’s not possible to host other applications (photo cart, file-sharing, etc). You can, however, link to those externally-hosted services from your blog.

What is your refund policy?

Because fotojournal is a month to month, pay-as-you-go service, we do not issue refunds unless we have made some kind of billing error (eg: duplicate charges, incorrect amount, etc). In the extremely rare event that fotojournal experiences a service disruption (eg: downtime or slow performance) we may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund for the billing cycle in which the disruption occurred.

If you are unsatisfied with fotojournal (which we hope doesn’t happen!) you can simply cancel your account and you will not be billed again. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.
